You have:
- 5+ years experience (SaaS preferred) in a previous Client Success or Account Management role.
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong writing skills, portfolio would be a plus.
- Technical experience. You can use Microsoft Office and similar tools.
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
