Supply Clinic is the online marketplace for dental supplies. We bring online shopping into the antiquated healthcare supply world. Specifically, we help dental offices shop comprehensively for their trusted supplies, and have transparent prices visible for all users. Supply Clinic makes the experience of shopping for dental supplies much easier and more enjoyable, while at the same time saving offices thousands on dental supplies.

We are a young, energetic, team-oriented company expecting to grow substantially in the next few years. All team members are willing to (and often do) go above and beyond to help tackle projects as they arise. We’re based in MATTER - a dynamic workspace for young healthcare companies in the Merchandise Mart. 

Who we are looking for: 

Supply Clinic is looking for a Manager of Customer Success. This full-time team member will primarily focus on our Supply Clinic customers, and help them have a productive and enjoyable shopping experience. Supply Clinic places a huge focus on the customer experience, and as such all team members actively work together to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can grow with Supply Clinic. 

Responsibilities may include: 

• Offering customer support via email, phone, and chat (once implemented)

-Assisting customers in the overall Supply Clinic shopping experience, including price-comparing against their invoices, setting up accounts, placing orders, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with returns 

-Sending out emails to customers pertaining to sales, promotions, and company news 

-Checking in with existing customer accounts for feedback and to increase their order volume 

•Maintaining relationships with vendors 

-Helping onboard vendors, particularly by cleaning through inventory spreadsheets 

-Troubleshooting with vendors to provide a seamless customer service experience

•Helping the Supply Clinic team stay organized (including booking meeting rooms and facilitating communication), and assisting other team members with their projects 

•Assisting with social media (including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook) 

•Help with future hiring and onboarding interns 

Requirements:  

•Must be detail-oriented and organized 

•Customer-facing experience

•Patience with customers over the phone 

•Basic proficiency at Microsoft Word and Excel 

•Proficiency in Spanish a definite plus 

•Experience or familiarity with the dental industry / dental supplies a definite plus
