We are looking for an ambitious and tech savvy Customer Success Manager to own the relationship for a large portfolio of BenchPrep’s customers. You are passionate about customer success; working both in a proactive & reactive role on the Customer Success team. You are committed to quickly getting customers the right answers and resources, conducting product trainings, managing client resources and recurring meetings, and identifying new opportunities.
In addition, you will work with a variety of internal teams like Sales, Product and Business Strategy to support and grow the relationship.
As a Customer Success Manager you will:
Maintain product expertise across our platform to serve as the ultimate expert
Provide an amazing, personalized experience to each and every customer
Support and communicate with customers on a daily basis via phone and email
Investigate customer questions, issues and complaints
Manage the long term relationship
Analyze customer data and provide meaningful insights
Develop & manage customer resources
Develop a deep understanding of our product suite
Provide ideas for general and customer specific improvement
The ideal candidate must match all or most of the following criteria -
1-2 years experience working at a startup or other fast paced work environment in a customer facing role
Disciplined and very well organized
Extremely internet-savvy and comfortable working across tech devices (computers, mobile phones, tablets)
Exceptional written and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
