Customer Success- Onboarding Specialist
The Customer Success-Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to brands to get obtain their product data, working through the data to onboard the products onto our platform and supporting internal and external teams. As the point of contact with our clients this person will communicate regularly with brands and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
What you’ll do:
Manage communication with brands throughout onboarding process
Contact brands through automated forms of contact
Translate raw images files
Review files to make sure all content is accurate and in correct format
Run programs to translate images from PDG to JPG
Load data onto Label Insight platform
Initial Quality Analysis of brand submissions and data
Qualify brand submissions and data
Organize and manage input of product label data in Label Insight platform
Work with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient throughput of data
Work alongside Label Insight sales team to keep them up to date with brands
Act as liaison between sales and data department internally
Your creds:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support
Data-driven decision maker
Intellectually honest
Solid team player
Excellent communication skills.
Desire to learn and willingness to try new tools and approaches to achieve goals
Strong organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience directing and managing small technology-based projects and/or communicating with developers
Experience with Microsoft Excel/Salesforce
Experience with querying data, using tools such as MySQL
