As a member of the SAVO Customer Support team, the Customer Support Analyst develops relationships with customers while flexing technical skills and problem-solving mastery. The CSA is critical in driving the success of our customers as they use the full SAVO Product suite. By providing support to key customer contacts the CSA serves as a front-line advocate and the voice of the customer.  

  • Daily responsibilities include fielding customer and staff member correspondence relating to application bugs, inquiries, and enhancements 
  • Working in collaboration with team to best serve customer needs
  • Comfortable with and passion for technology
  • Resolve low – moderately complex software related technical problems
  • Ability to meet SLA and project deadlines


Required:

Bachelor’s degree
  • Good written and oral communication skills. 
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem management skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and apply them in a variety of contexts 
  • Proficient in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) 

Preferred:
  • Experience troubleshooting & supporting cloud/SaaS technologies
  • Loves working with customers
  • Works well under pressure
