• Provide solutions to users to help them make the best use of our application in order to achieve their goals.
• Assist users via email, live chat, phone or screen sharing with various issues.
• Recommend process improvements based on interactions with customers and the customer experience.
• Apply a positive and professional attitude and image for all customers.
• Follow outlined procedures as they pertain to support team guidelines.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.

Here’s Some Of The Skills We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year customer service in high velocity environment; specially with Saas solutions.
• Clear, transparent, professional communication (oral and written).
• A solution oriented mindset with the ability to create a memorable customer experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.  Speaking another language such as Spanish, Italian, German or Portuguese is a plus.
