Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and creative individual to join our customer support desk. This is a customer facing position that involves direct customer interaction via phone, live chat, and email. The support desk provides support for all tastytrade products and services, and plays a role in overall business development. 

At dough, Inc., we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer support in the financial space. This is what sets us apart from all other financial companies and directly supports our overall customer acquisition. With that said, there are numerous opportunities for growth as the knowledge gained from this specific position will expose you to all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the options trading and financial concepts discussed on the tastytrade network, and displayed within the dough platform.
  • Provide customers with technical and navigation support across all dough, Inc. platforms and products
  • Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, implement features, and relay customer feedback across all dough, Inc. products.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide input and recommendations based on customer feedback
  • Collect and categorize customer support data and analyze trends
  • Identify possible improvements to support channels with the goal of making the customer support process more efficient
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Communication, or Marketing preferred).
  • A basic understanding of derivatives trading.
  • Ability to work closely with other team members on various projects.
  • Must be someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a fast growing company with a dynamic culture.
  • Previous experience working in a customer focused role is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, and remain organized.
