Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyst results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
- Work with project management to prioritize business and information needs
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in data management related subject matter
- Minimum 3 to 5 years practical experience in data analytics
- Strong collaboration and organization skills
- Extremely proficient in all facets of Excel
- Experience building databases and stored procedures
- Experience building and running SQL queries
- VBA knowledge a plus, but not a requirement
- Strong client service skills a plus
