What You'll Do:

As a Data Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for data mapping and integration of customers’ systems to Uptake’s platform. You will be coordinating and communicating with customers as well as with internal Uptake teams. A successful candidate is a strong communicator with technical experience in relational databases, data mapping, and data integration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop implementation plan and schedule
• Coordinate logistics of implementation with customers
• Create detailed field-by-field data mapping of customer systems into Uptake’s platform, including identifying complex functions and queries to map the data properly
• Develop strategy for streamlining data mapping to create a scalable, replicable process
• Conduct quality assessment and validation of end result data transfer
• Identify additional areas for integration of technology infrastructure and other IT systems
• Lead or work as a part of teams that build and support a product by identifying requirements, testing new iterations, installing and configuring applications, and adapting the process with incremental feedback
• Travel frequently to customer sites around the world to perform data mapping

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years relevant work experience in technology consulting and/or systems/data analyst role
• Must have extensive professional knowledge of and experience with SQL
• Experience working with relational databases, data requirements, and client system integration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess an investigative mindset, display independent thinking, and have the ability to adapt
• Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships successfully across teams
• Strong project management skills, including a proven ability to think through all aspects of the process, manage long-term projects and multi-task
• Driven self-starter with a passion for excellence and ability to work under minimal supervision
