The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing on marketing campaign strategies to drive sales qualified leads and ultimately a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who has experience executing on multi-channel  lead generation marketing campaigns, and is actively looking to direct the strategy and drive the tactical execution of these campaigns.

In this role, you'll have strategic, creative, and operational responsibilities related to demand creation program objectives including acquisition, engagement, and acceleration. We need someone who can collaborate with several stakeholders and help assemble and execute on marketing plans to align activities and drive lead generation effectiveness.  If you’re smart, motivated and ready to roll up your sleeves and dig in, UrbanBound is the place for you to grow.

How you will make an impact at UrbanBound:

  • Serve as the key stakeholder contributing to the organization’s overall campaign framework for demand creation programs
  • Responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns that encompass a broad range of marketing channels with a balance of Inbound and Outbound strategy (content creation, paid advertising, events, tradeshows, social media, PR)
  • Increase marketing-generated leads and revenue through end-to-end ownership of the planning, execution and measurement of various lead acquisition channels to create a qualified lead pipeline
  • Identify and create a testing approach for demand creation program pilots
  • Provide sales team with targeted messaging to follow up with leads generated from your campaigns
  • Orchestrate Account Based Marketing strategy for strategic accounts using a variety of marketing tactics
  • Own the customer content experience for the Demand Generation engine including: email, landing page copy, and website copy; as well as longer-form demand gen content like eBooks, guides, videos etc.
  • Build a cadence of high-impact webinars from conception through tactical execution, including sourcing and coordinating with external speakers
  • Build and run A/B test plans to improve top-of-funnel metrics (opens, clicks, etc.) and mid-funnel, nurture engagement
  • Track competitor news and engage with key industry influencers to enhance your content generation efforts
  • Measure campaign results and produce an evaluation to share with key stakeholders and to optimize for future
  • Managing key financial metrics tied to each campaign while constantly finding ways to drive cost per lead down and conversions up

A little about you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or Business
  • 2-5 years of proven success building innovative, impactful B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Understanding of how best to use and leverage integrated CRM/marketing automation technologies (HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics preferred)
  • Experience building lists and reports in Salesforce and executing email initiatives in a marketing automation software
  • Experience managing and reporting on digital marketing programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the impact of decisions on other areas of the business
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and as part of a team across many departments, functions
  • Passionate about delivering compelling, data-driven content and campaigns
  • Leadership ability and initiative to drive business objectives
  • Motivated go-getter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong collaboration skills and relationship builder cross-functionally
  • Ability to both produce and coordinate content creation efforts
  • Experience developing A/B tests, measuring e-mail performance, and optimizing content/copy to improve results based on response
