The Digital Inventory Analysis Technician is a key member of the Operations team. This unique position will provide guidance on best practices as well as providing technical troubleshooting on inventory and feed provider issues as they set up the LotLinx product and resolve support issues. The position will also work internally with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering and customer activation members to improve process and product setup processes.
What you will do in this role:
Provision new client accounts, meeting customer service level KPIs and product setup requirements for excellent customer experiences based on implementation best practices.
Implement new inventory feeds for all launches.
Troubleshoot/resolve all inventory feed issues.
Provide prompt responses to client questions on implementation steps and troubleshooting.
Run shell commands executing scripts and quality assurance procedures.
Assist in troubleshooting/debugging data feeds and configure data feed imports via pre-written command line scripts.
Resolve issues with website and feed providers regarding script installations, and feed exports.
Maintain and update internal tools and integration process documentation.
Collaborate with launch team members with issues resolution ensuring a successful client launch.
Manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new client orders in a launch queue.
Test client setups for quality assurance; track and monitor the resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot internal and external setup issues and document technical impact and trends.
Provide functional analysis of customer implementation and integration requirements.
Document the implementation requirements and expected effort.
Manage third party feed collaboration, and staff learning.
Become an expert on LotLinx product workings and implementation procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and requires minimal supervision or direction.
Ability to multitask - Sense of urgency; maintain a positive attitude.
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
Solid Technical background with the ability to synthesize the issue to a resolution.
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously
MUST HAVE Requirements to be considered
2 or 4 year Technical Trade school or engineering degree is beneficial.
3+ years experience working in digital automotive,as a technical launch setup team member.
Experience dealing with automotive feed and web providers.
Experience with Google Analytics goal and events installs a plus.
