The Position:

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for qualitative and quantitative insight across client and company objectives. They will draw upon their data analytics experience to provide high-level, reproducible predictive models, insights, and presentations. They will be responsible for providing solid recommendations to their cross-functional teams regarding experiment hypothesis, design, and reporting. The Digital Marketing Analyst should be able to work independently on specific quantitative programming tasks that will fit seamlessly into a larger modeling framework.


Responsibilities:

• Dashboard creation for internal and external client reporting using a visualization tool like Tableau
• MS SQL programming to support analytic projects and dashboards
• Leverage various big data sources, including call center data, producing 'actionable' insights
• Interpret structural statistical models to gain insight into data relationships
• Utilize unsupervised learning methods to find structure in unstructured data
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to best understand and meet client needs
• Recommend testing opportunities and experimental designs based on data insights
• Client campaign performance reporting and performance trouble-shooting

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a quantitative professional designation
• 1+ years’ experience in quantitative analytics, digital/search marketing experience a plus
• Intermediate statistical modeling experience including predictive modeling, structural modeling, design of experiments, and computational mathematics
• MS SQL or understanding of a query language
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, prioritizing projects, and meeting project milestone timelines, all in a dynamic work environment
• Highly organized
• Strong written and oral communication skills
