Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage brand’s social media platforms
- Write fresh, engaging content with understanding of the different communities on each platform (listen, respond, ask questions)
- Develop, execute and measure creative social media campaigns and initiatives in conjunction with overall brand campaigns and goals
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce assets required across channels
- Work with marketing and editorial teams to establish and maintain standard operating procedures
- Research trends and the competitive landscape and generate recommendations for digital marketing
- Monitor, evaluate and report on engagement, impact, and performance of social media campaigns across various platforms/channels
- Stay up to date of recent social media changes, advancements and best practices
- Manage, maintain and create content for company blog
- Monitor and improve SEO / Website Analytics
- Marketing automation campaign planning and contributions
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in social media.
- 2-4 years of working experience moderating high volumes of conversation around paid content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram and more
- Proficient in variety of social media search, analysis and content distribution tools (WordPress, Sprinklr, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Tableau, etc.)
- Has an eye to continuously improve and innovate programs
