Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage brand’s social media platforms
• Write fresh, engaging content  with understanding of the different communities on each platform (listen, respond, ask questions)
• Develop, execute and measure creative social media campaigns and initiatives in conjunction with overall brand campaigns and goals
• Coordinate with creative teams to produce assets required across channels
• Work with marketing and editorial teams to establish and maintain standard operating procedures
• Research trends and the competitive landscape and generate recommendations for digital marketing
• Monitor, evaluate and report on engagement, impact, and performance of social media campaigns across various platforms/channels
• Stay up to date of recent social media changes, advancements and best practices
• Manage, maintain and create content for company blog
• Monitor and improve SEO / Website Analytics
• Marketing automation campaign planning and contributions
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience in social media.
• 2-4 years of working experience moderating high volumes of conversation around paid content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram and more
• Proficient in variety of social media search, analysis and content distribution tools (WordPress, Sprinklr, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Tableau, etc.)
• Has an eye to continuously improve and innovate programs
