Responsibilities:
- Rapidly grow traffic to our B2C websites through combination of:
- Social media - manage and grow our Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest platforms
- Website engagement - lower bounce rate, increase page views per visit
- Content management - plan and project manage new content development across sites and social media, e.g. videos, images, editorial
- Marketing campaign creation: create, deploy and manage all B2C digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor competition and provide new ideas to maintain and build B2C engagement and traffic
- New websites – plan, execute and launch 1 -2 new websites/year
- Excellent writing/copywriting/headline writing skills
- Manage team of 1 - 3 people

- You have proven project management skills and solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- You have hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- You have excellent analytical and project management skills

- You have in-depth SEO knowledge
- You are a confident/independent problem solver

Requirements
- College Degree from a reputable university or college.
- Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager
- 5 years relevant work experience.
