Designed to augment the expertise of executive director-only staffing structures and young development professionals, DonorPath synchronizes with an organization’s existing fundraising software, even if just a spreadsheet, to analyze, visualize, and share new performance insights to help align time, limited resources, strategies, tools, and volunteers around increased fundraising capacity.

Position Description

 

We are looking for a digital marketing professional with direct experience working with, or for nonprofit organizations. The successful candidate must be able to succinctly communicate the value of DonorPath’s product and services to our four key audiences: Organizations, consultants/consultancies, private foundations, and software providers.

 

You will be responsible for creating content for the website,email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter designed to move prospective and existing users, funders, experts, and partners of DonorPath successfully through our engagement pipeline.  In this capacity, You will work with talented in-house creative teams to improve existing campaigns, eliminate underperforming efforts, and build new campaigns to meet performance objectives.

 

You should be a student of inbound marketing and e-mail marketing best practices, have an unrelenting eye for quality, and the ability to craft creative and compelling messaging that connects with our audiences in a way that strengthens our brand and customer relationships.

Requirements

·      2-3 years hands-on experience building effective, dynamic digital campaigns.

·      Proven ability to drive results through digital channels.

·      Ability to draft compelling copy and source appropriate designs from our design team.

·      Experience with list segmentation and conditional response communication

·      Ability to work effectively with content management, email marketing, and CRM tools (we use WordPress, Salesforce, MailChimp)

·      Working knowledge of social media best practices and tools for leveraging LInkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook

·      Experience with content production & layout tools a plus: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, MicroSoft Office, Keynote

·      Curiosity – always wondering how to improve even the best results and exhibit a work philosophy that outcomes achieve objectives, not outputs.
