Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing efforts, playing a critical role in our success as an organization. We view this role as a game changer where you will have a significant impact on our business to take us to the next level.
Marketing's role is to attract potential clients to "raise their hand" and want to know more. We focus on providing valuable insight to our customers through the website, video, social channels, collateral, events, and conferences. Your job will be to manage these efforts as we target and define additional markets we would like to grow in.
Our ideal candidate is data oriented and analytical with a strong internal drive. We are looking someone who can demonstrate proven marketing expertise with a data focus. You will utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Nurturing - Analyze and grow the lead nurturing at Adage using a systematic approach to convert anonymous site visitors to qualified leads. You will decide on continued use of our marketing automation / email nurture tool or recommended replacement.
- Lead Generation / Content - Assist in our current efforts to transform the content we produce internally in written and video formats to promote through social media channels and on our website to attract new leads and prospects.
- Work with sales team – You’ll be expected to work with and support the sales team so that they are equipped with the necessary tools to complete their jobs. This includes collateral development, CRM management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Manage small team - You will supervise a content marketing resource who to ensure we are hitting our scheduled releases of content in the forms of blogs, video, webinars, email newsletters, and social posts.
- CRM management and reporting - You will be responsible for establishing a reporting structure for lead flow and eventual sales through the organization.
- Web site - You will be responsible for ensuring the website is engaging and populated with fresh and insightful content for our customers. The site will also communicate why Adage, our process, and reflect our brand.
- Branding - You will work with our Creative Director to ensure our brand is clearly explained and represented in all channels and efforts.
- Measurement - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). You will use marketing automation, CRM, and other tools to provide insight for actionable next steps in improvement.
- Trends - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. In addition, evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
- Brainstorm - Research and identify new and creative growth strategies
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (marketing, PR or communications preferred)
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional marketing experience
- Demonstrable experience with website analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and CMS systems
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM/PPC campaign management
- HTML, CSS and front end development a plus
- Solid understanding of web, ecommerce and mobile technologies
- Experience in sales and / or non-profit space is a plus
- Displays high level of personal and professional integrity
- Proficiency in time planning and management
- Good listening and questioning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
