Devbridge Group is a fast-growing, leading digital products company based in the heart of Chicago's tech scene. We work with a wide variety of upper mid-market and Fortune 1000 companies to design and develop custom web and mobile applications. We are seeking a digital marketing professional who can design, build and maintain a vibrant online presence. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this person will be responsible for three primary areas within the digital realm:

• Plan, execute and measure web, SEO/SEM, email, blog, social media and ad campaigns
• Develop the marketing automation infrastructure, apply best practices and leverage guidelines for email drip campaigns, landing pages, sales campaigns, etc.
• Oversee database management, including segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, and event capture

• B.S. degree in marketing or related field
• 3+ years of proven B2B digital marketing work experience, preferably in technology
• 2+ years of administering a marketing automation platform preferred but not required
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to prioritize projects, balance workload, and deliver results
