As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll support our marketing systems and lead generation efforts. Your experience with leveraging marketing tools will help with executing on tasks such as building emails, landing pages, and web forms, and providing insight for marketing reports.

Responsibilities

• Executes on technical tasks within marketing and lead generation software, including building emails, creating workflow rules, and building forms and landing pages.
• Segments lists for marketing communication based on criteria such as region, lifecycle stage, and persona. Promotes data integrity best practices for maintaining a healthy contact database.
• Create reports on our marketing channels, lead lifecycle health, and campaign performance, and make recommendations to optimize our efforts.
• Continuously analyzes the effectiveness of our marketing channels – such as email and blog – and provides recommendations to optimize our content for lead generation based on this analysis.
• Assists with reporting on marketing content, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion process, and presents findings and recommendations to a group of stakeholders.
• Keeps pace with digital marketing industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience with lead generation, marketing automation, email campaigns, or inbound marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation software; HubSpot and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Experience with data segmentation and reporting within a CRM; Salesforce.com is a plus.
• A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven project management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a variety of projects at once, with multiple stakeholders.
