Beltone is looking for an enthusiastic digital marketing specialist to work with our growing marketing team. The right candidate will always be willing to try something new and suggest new ideas. They will have a can-do attitude and will be willing to roll up their sleeves and help with multiple projects at the same time.
As the digital marketing specialist, you’ll be working cross-functionally throughout the marketing department on a variety of projects from executing national email campaigns to A/B testing pages on the website, to analyzing paid search campaigns. You’ll be interfacing with agencies as well as working directly on projects with marketing managers and marketing directors in the US and Canada. This position requires a bit of technical expertise but also creativity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of strategic thinking skills and analytical assessment.
JOB DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing national email and trigger campaigns and analyzing results
Implementing and analyzing new marketing automation platform
Monitoring Facebook and LinkedIn content management and media spend
Handling website usability and data analysis
Implementing website optimizations and A/B testing
Managing national and local paid search campaigns, and national and local Google My Business
Assisting network owners and corporate retail with digital marketing needs and questions
Handling other Marketing tasks as needed
DESIRED QUALIFICIATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Communications or Marketing a plus
3+ years of digital marketing experience
HTML knowledge
SEO experience
Google Analytics analysis experience
Google Adwords campaign editing and analysis experience
Website A/B testing
Proactive problem solver
Highly organized and can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with the following a plus but not required: Optimizely, Sitecore, Mouseflow and Basecamp
Driven to succeed, with a commitment to achieve results
Demonstrated ability to make decisions, offer strong recommendations and take responsibility for results
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build effective working relationships with diverse customers, colleagues and vendors
