Enova’s marketing departments unite digital and traditional marketers, account owners, direct marketing specialists and advertising pros who strive to create a cohesive marketing strategy for each of our financial products. These gurus use integrated marketing strategies between e-mail, direct mail, print, TV, mobile SMS, OOH advertising, SEO, PPC, social media, display, leads management and affiliate partnerships to pave the way of our products directly to our customers. Their goals are simple and focused: acquire new customers and retain existing customers, develop brands that create a positive customer experience, and own programs that have measurable bottom-line impact.

We are a company that simply put “gets” SEO and PPC and the value these marketing channels bring to an organization. Enova is searching for a passionate, creative and innovative digital marketing specialist to join our Australian/Canada marketing team.
In this role you will be working under two of Enova’s growing brands, DollarsDirect Canada (https://www.dollarsdirect.ca/) and DollarsDirect Australia (https://www.dollarsdirect.com.au/). As a core member of the AUS/CAN marketing team, you would be expected to optimize our brand’s performance with target keywords across all major search engines. Areas of focus (PPC):
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategy across all paid search channels (search network, display network, retargeting, mobile ads, etc.)
- Create, manage, test and analyze paid search campaigns from development, to testing and execution
- Manage daily optimization for each paid search channel, ensuring optimal volume within acceptable cost/profit targets
- Develop and optimize ad tests to isolate key converting messages, efficiently guiding cross-functional teams (creative, legal, tech) to project completion
- Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnel tests using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve conversion rates
- Provide ongoing data analysis on paid search metrics (ranking, conversions, profitability, etc.)
- Manage relationships with internal and/or external partners to develop and implement above tests
- Collaborate and share learnings across marketing disciplines, and cross-functionally across the company, to understand and deliver on business requirements
- Monitor trends on best practices and techniques to ensure market efficiency and identify new opportunities
Areas of focus (SEO):
- Achieve and maintain top rankings on major search engines through development and execution of SEO strategies in a very competitive industry
- Develop new landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
- Manage relationships with external SEO agency/partners to develop and implement link development and other programs
- Perform keyword research and analysis for organic search
- Provide ongoing reports on SEO metrics: ranking, web site traffic, loan volume, etc
- Working with web developers, creative designers & writers to implement SEO projects
- Monitor trends on SEO best practices and techniques to ensure top website ranking and identify new opportunities
- Continue alignment with social media strategies as an asset to SEO rankings
Do you have a passion for analytics and reporting? So do we! Our marketers analyze data using robust techniques to draw insights in order to make recommendations or improvements. You’ll need to be able to play nice with internal departments (Analytics, Creative, and Legal) as well as manage external vendor relationships. Since innovation is the name-of-the-game at Enova we’ll be looking at you to explore new initiatives, propose process improvements, and test new marketing channels and/or vendors.
You’re right for this job if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in online marketing with proven results
- Direct SEO experience with understanding of search engine ranking algorithms and crawlers
- Direct PPC experience and familiarity with PPC tools (e.g. Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, Bing Ads, bid management software such as Optimine, keyword ranking tools such as SpyFu, etc.)
- Strong analytical and project management skills--detail oriented. Approach to business challenges with a problem-solving mindset is critical.
- Highly self-motivated. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver meaningful results.
- Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & utilize in a highly visible, key role
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills; proficient with other MS Office products
- Proven ability to combine data from multiple sources and manipulate to analyze and interpret business performance
- Proficient in Excel-based and PowerPoint-based reporting, proven ability with data visualization to make information more easily understood
- Basic HTML knowledge, CSS and other coding a plus
