Over the past couple years, the buzz around our platform has been growing. On the marketing team especially, there is a sense of urgency to capitalize on that goodwill. To excel here, you’ll need to be a driven, self-motivated person who can produce great work, quickly.

We are looking for a highly organized and driven team member with experience in digital media optimization, specifically with expertise in NATIVE CONTENT and SOCIAL MEDIA. You are someone that enjoys the strategy side of extending content reach as well as the analytical optimization. You should also feel comfortable developing a clear strategy and pushing to achieve specific objectives through solid execution.
Your typical day might consist of:
  • Optimize digital media for content marketing metrics and social media strategy
  • Coordinate and communicate across the marketing team to maximize revenue and campaign optimization strategies
  • Own and manage ad campaigns, including ad trafficking, quality assurance, performance monitoring and optimization, campaign asset troubleshooting, reporting, etc
  • Use best practices to track, measure, and analyze campaign and flight activities
  • Resolve delivery and performance problems
  • Setup and test ad creative to run on the web and mobile devices
  • Monitor campaigns throughout their lifecycle and communicate with marketing team on issues and status
  • Follow ad operations workflow and suggest enhancements to the process
You will need:
  • Two or more years of ad trafficking experience required
  • You have experience with Facebook ads and Outbrain or Taboola; but we're also looking for someone that can also research and recommend new platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute upon a relevant B2B focused digital media strategy
  • Strong technical understanding of ad tags, 3rd party ad serving tools, and reporting
  • Familiar with ad technology, supporting strong execution on your digital media strategy
  • Strong analytically thinking, mathematical, strategic, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills, diligence, and follow-through
  • Self-starter with disciplined workflow practices
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including the programmatic space
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising industry, advertising technology, concept, and terms
