Leapfrog Online is looking for a Digital Media Supervisor to join a team of energetic, passionate Digital Marketers and help transform the way in which we buy and integrate Digital Media for our clients.  In this role, you will work with the Client, Account team and media publishers through the full cycle of the campaign to plan, develop and execute Digital Media strategies.  You will work with a variety of stakeholders to successfully plan & develop display, video and programmatic campaigns that increase performance, demonstrate ROI and deliver business results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Strategy/Planning

  • Development, preparation and implementation of media plans and corresponding measurement, optimization and reporting
  • Demonstrate sound, strategic thinking via media plans that deliver on the client’s brand and marketing direction with validation from media research
  • Understand client accounts from a holistic view of all marketing channels involved and how display, video and digital media can influence and effect client goals
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners in the planning and execution of digital media across all channels, partners and publishers
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Develop channel agnostic strategies to reach consumers across screens and devices
  • Communicate the role of digital display, social and video in our clients’ overall media mix

Execution/Campaign Management

  • Full cycle management of digital media campaigns from planning to execution to results
  • Maintain budget control, ensuring flawless execution of media plans by on-going monitoring of campaigns/buys
  • Develop and present client-facing plan recommendations and performance reports
  • Analyze campaign performance of our programmatic and direct display buys, ensuring they are in alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with our Account team on client deliverables, reporting and media planning
  • Guide Media Specialist by coaching, mentoring and verifying accuracy of all projects
  • Leverage campaign performance data to recommend optimizations and performance enhancements that improve campaign KPIs
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all third-party partners

Innovation

  • Work with strategic partners to identify new and innovative strategies in display, social and video while measuring and communicating the business impact of the results
  • Keep a finger on the “pulse” of the programmatic, paid social, video and display marketplace
  • Develop client facing POVs on the latest trends and technologies in Digital Media
  • Develop a framework for ongoing testing across all digital channels
  • Serve as a media expert and be involved with relevant client conversations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years in a hands-on role managing Digital Media campaigns
  • Experience across Programmatic, Paid Social, Video and Display required
  • Experience in Paid Search a plus
  • Solid understanding of media technologies and programmatic buying through ad exchanges, agency trading desks, DSPs and SSPs 
  • Experience with ad operations, tagging and tracking technologies
  • Expertise in media buying, industry terms, players, history and direction
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital media landscape for both branding and direct response campaigns.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
