Digital Programmatic Advertising Manager
Hireology is looking to add a Digital Programmatic Advertising Manager to our Business Intelligence team! In this newly created role, the Digital Programmatic Advertising Manager will be navigating unchartered territory as they build out and establish how we analyze and measure the success of digital sourcing campaigns. You will be responsible for driving revenue, analysis and managing successful sourcing optimization on behalf of customers.
Responsibilities:
Define the cross channel sourcing strategy for the source plus product by vertical and job family
Define success metrics for the sourcing strategy and on a per campaign/customer basis
Execute campaigns the paid campaigns, measuring channel ROI and adjusting campaigns to maximize efficiency
Identify and advocate with customers and prospects as an expert to grow the subscriber base
Analyze campaign performance and present results to customers, stakeholders, and prospects
Own the subscription revenue for this product
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
2-4 years experience in a similar role
Digital Programmatic Advertising experience strongly preferred
Customer facing experience a plus
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
Strong data-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with a proven track record of collaboration and driving results
