This position is based in our home office in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

This position is based in our home office, located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. You will report into Associate Director of Project Management. We also offer a competitive compensation package.

Position Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Product Owners on projects as assigned
• Help maintain project timeline, budget, resources, risks and communications
• Work with Account Manager to ensure the business customer receives the deliverable as identified in the Statement of Work
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and Account Manager
• Ensure that the project team understands and adheres to project deliverables
• Responsible for ensuring that Scrum is understood and in place within a project team
• Act as Scrum Master on all assigned projects
• Coordinate project resourcing with Senior Operations Manager
• Identify and appropriately escalate project issues in a timely manner
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environment

Desired Experience

• 3-5 years of experience
• Digital agency experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-disciplined team
• Familiarity with Project Management Tools and software, specifically Basecamp and JIRA is a plus!
• Experience with agile development and scrum
• Strong writing and communication skills (a must!)

Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related field
• Additional experience may be substituted for a completed degree
