What we’re looking for:
LotLinx is seeking a talented Digital Account Manager professional with digital advertising and preferably automotive experience. The Digital Strategist is responsible for providing superior service to our dealer customers, and will manage growing business from a portfolio of 70+ dealer customers.
In this role, you will be solely responsible for guiding a list of dealers on their LotLinx strategy. You will spend considerable time working directly (mostly via phone) with our customers to illuminate the opportunities they have to grow their business with increased investment in the LotLinx platform. You will leverage our TURN platform to identify areas of growth by adding inventory to our CORE products or activating a new LotLinx product across a segment of VINs. You will also depend on TURN to showcase our superior ROI. Primary KPIs for this role include customer growth and retention.
We are driven by metrics, so you will guide your daily activities via a portfolio dashboard that highlights focus areas of opportunities and needs.
To join our team, you must LOVE car dealers, however, if you have strong drive, experience in digital sales/account management, we can teach you automotive.
You will make an impact to the company by:
● Driving superior client satisfaction, retention and growth
● Assessing areas of opportunity for LotLinx to help dealers sell more cars by utilizing our vast toolset and data
● Extending our relationships to all key dealership decision makers, including Internet Managers, Used Car Managers, New Car Managers and General Managers
● Working closely with sales and internal operations teams on dealer needs
● Managing daily delivery of campaigns
● Developing upsell opportunities
● Educating the customer on the value and benefits of our products
What you have to be successful as a Linxer:
● 5+ years’ experience in account management or sales within an ad agency, dearlership or ad supported business
● BA degree or equivalent experience
● An “insight hound,” meaning you consistently seek key patterns and conclusions from data to tell a compelling story that leads to actionable outcomes
● Be a proactive customer-centric strategic thinker
● Superior communication skills – must be able to digest vast amounts of data and summarize the key points in a manner that clearly guides our clients on next steps
● Must be digitally savvy, and have a solid understanding of digital advertising
● Solid time management and the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
● Should be comfortable with “asking for the order” by leveraging our results to grow our business
● Salesforce.com experience is a plus
● Fundamental understanding of online lead generation, technology ecosystem, reporting of campaigns, etc.

● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
