What you will be doing:

As the Director, Clinical Data you will have an instrumental role in building the next generation of our product suite. As we continue to acquire clinical data sources (EMR, claims, quality, etc.), you will help us analyze the data in novel ways, and incorporate the outputs into our tools. You will work closely with both internal solutions teams and external customers (including hospital executives and physician leaders) to develop new products around these data sources. The products you develop will be used by leading health systems across the country to improve the care they deliver.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a proven track record of working with different groups of sophisticated healthcare stakeholders and overcoming roadblocks to deliver results. He or she will be comfortable discussing complex clinical and data-oriented topics, and have a passion for transforming the current healthcare system.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing actionable clinical metrics from raw data sources
• Working with internal product development and engineering teams to move data concepts through the software development cycle
• Presenting outputs to external stakeholders for feedback and iteration
• Applying data science techniques to enhance data outputs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in healthcare data analysis or data management; previous experience at a healthcare technology company preferred
• Experience building actionable clinical dashboards and reports from EMR and claims data
• Strong proficiency in querying and analyzing raw data sources with SQL or a similar language
• Knowledge of data science techniques (machine learning, neural networks)
• Familiarity with software product development
• Organized, highly motivated individual with excellent project management and problem-solving skills
