ParkWhiz is actively seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources who has a passion for their craft to join the team and headquarters. The HR Director will focus on developing, implementing, and overseeing HR programs that support high-growth and align with business objectives as well as our culture.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as coach and consultant in identifying, analyzing, and overcoming human resource and organizational challenges
  • Provide strategic direction, oversight, and execution on all aspects of Human Resources: onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee relations, training, and compensation.
  • Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
  • Design and manage performance and compensation review process.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and department leaders to build executable growth strategy.
  • Oversight of payroll (not execution) for employees, contractors, etc - maintaining payroll and compliance records and contracts.
  • Continually assess ParkWhiz’s competitiveness and ROI of all programs, perks, and practices. Making recommendations for improvement when needed.
  • Identify and implement training and L&D opportunities
What You'll Bring Table:
  • True passion for working with employees at all levels and cultivating great culture.
  • Grit and drive to initiate change and gain buy-in from your colleagues
  • Bachelor degree, Masters degree would be great
  • SPHR or equivalent certification preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • Experience developing and executing compensation and benefits plans as well as performance management
  • Workplace/Capacity planning experience in a growing organization
  • Proactive nature to problem solving. You’re a planner not just an executor.
  • Expert knowledge of multi-state HR laws
