What you’ll be doing:

The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation, content creation, and targeted distribution.  As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating an outreach strategy and positioning Procured as a thought leader for our members and prospects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define marketing goals, programs, and metrics
  • Develop and execute marketing communications strategies to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.  These include:
    • Website content management
    • Solutions whitepapers and briefs
    • E-mail campaigns
    • Print advertising in industry publications
    • Thought leadership content (through conferences, events, webinars, studies etc.)
    • Press distribution
    • Partnerships
  • Track key performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership
  • Build team to scale activities and impact as necessary

Your credentials:

  • 3+ years marketing experience, preferably with enterprise software businesses
  • Proven track record in design and execution of marketing campaigns with quantifiable results
  • Experience managing a variety of digital advertising campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, print, and social.
  • Strong writing capabilities.  Ability to turn complex technology concepts into clear communications
  • Strong recruiting, team development, and management experience
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and design savvy
