The Director of Marketing will drive aggressive revenue growth by expanding on and executing our digital marketing strategy. This role is responsible for lead generation, marketing automation, website content and SEO as well as continuing to build the digital marketing department by hiring and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

    • Design and manage
      effective marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads 
    • Build a "pipeline"
      of potential clients by providing strategy, creative direction, and campaign
      objectives. Your success will be measured by results/ROI 
    • Implement and
      manage marketing automation software to generate, capture, qualify, and assign
      leads to the sales team 
    • Develop compelling
      content strategy and assets 
    • Create new and
      creative strategies to increase lead velocity 
    • Develop buyer
      personas, segmentation, and create opportunities which drive targeted campaigns
      to generate new leads 
    • Work with the CEO
      and head of sales to establish monthly and quarterly lead generation goals 
    • Assess overall
      marketing and campaign metrics and identify opportunities for steady
      incremental improvements 
    • Plan and implement
      a conference and convention strategy

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of
      professional experience covering the responsibilities described above
    • Metrics driven
      mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
    • You are an inbound
      pro with a track record of demand generation, execution, measurement,
      analysis, and reporting
    • Experience using or
      implementing marketing automation systems including rules-based lead nurturing
    • Successful history
      leading a creative content marketing strategy
    • CRM and marketing
      automation experience including list management, segmentation, and custom
      report creation. Salesforce experience a plus
    • Experience with
      targeting, segmenting and profiling of prospects and customers
    • Experience writing,
      presenting and executing ROI-driven marketing campaigns
    • Experience building
      and leading a team of marketing professionals

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
