The Director of Product Management, reporting to the Vice President of Product Management of DialogTech, is responsible for the strategic vision, management, and execution of DialogTech’s product portfolio. This person will have 5 product managers reporting to you to help support the execution of the overall product strategy.

You understand the Martech space, are eager to innovate and you'll do so by using a combination of deep industry knowledge, prior experience building great products, data, and market research.

As the Director of Product Management, you would be responsible for:

• Leading our amazing team of product managers to build products that are changing the face of the marketing technology landscape.
• Acting as a voice for our customers and prospects throughout the product planning process by knowing what they want and how they may use our products
• Driving the strategy of the product portfolio through internal and external engagement of key stakeholders
• Working with product marketing to develop launch plans that will provide clear direction to the Marketing and Sales organizations in preparing them for a successful product release and quick time to revenue.
• Ensuring that we are building the best product we can to make the greatest impact on our markets
• Owning the KPIs that help us make data driven product decisions
• Collaborating with key customers to understand their needs and product development desires
• Representing our product vision to major partners like Google, Adobe, Genesys, Liveramp and Yext

The skills and experience you will need in this position are as follows:

• Deep understanding of the product management lifecycle
• Strong leadership skills and 2+ years of direct managerial experience preferred
• Deep understanding of ad tech industry and/or programmatic advertising (display, video, etc).
• Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally
• Engaging public speaking and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment, startup culture, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work across business lines, presenting to various levels of an organization (internal and external)
• Experience developing and monitoring product KPIs
• MBA preferred
• Ability to travel up to 20% is required
