THE ROLE:

In this role you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of 4C’s global client training and market education. This includes managing our on-demand 4CU certification program, developing new training content, delivering in-person instruction to 4C clients, and educating the wider market on 4C’s value and vision. Your primary goals will be to ensure that all 4C clients are armed with the expertise needed to become successful with our products and to provide industry education which will drive awareness and interest in 4C’s solutions.

In this role, you will report to the VP of Product Marketing and work closely with other Marketing team members to create premium thought leadership content. You will also collaborate closely with Talent and Development, Sales and Engagement Service teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC to develop training content and deliver client enablement.

This is a challenging position requiring someone with strong communication skills, industry expertise, and client management experience. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability to think strategically while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and execute. At the end of the day, your success will be judged on your contribution to 4C’s global market education and client training goals to positively impact new client on boarding, existing client growth and new client acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead 4C’s global client training and education programs from soup to nuts including strategy, logistics, content development, etc.
  • Become an impactful, in-market representative of 4C’s market value as you interface with our most valued clients, partners and prospects.
  • Work with staff across departments to keep all client training materials current and up-to-date with the state of 4C’s products and rapid release schedule. This includes the on-demand 4CU certification program, product suite help center, and product training presentations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling industry education to both clients and non-clients in the advertising and media industries.
  • Work closely with clients and the internal 4C client/sales teams to discover gaps in knowledge that the training and education program can fill.
  • Build a measurement process to gauge what’s working and what’s not working and then optimize the program for the highest return.
  • Contribute high-impact, educational content for Marketing including blog posts, industry bylines, conference speaking engagements, roadshows, and webinars.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably with a media, advertising, or software company.
  • Strong working knowledge of the advertising industry and key players across TV, Digital, and Social Media.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms specifically LearnCore and industry certification programs.
  • Experience building modules in Articulate Storyline is a plus.
  • Passion for precision, creativity, and quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
