Position Details:

The Director of Project Management will oversee the execution and completion of Ascendon projects as well as management of ongoing account relationships. This role will support growth of our Ascendon Client Services team in working closely with current and prospective customers of CSG’s Ascendon solution.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams, which work on requested projects or functionality used by current or prospective customers of CSG’s Ascendon solution
• Provide planning and risk coordination of activities between client and company
• Oversee performance of the installation of Ascendon and client acceptance of projects and engagements
• Manage team of solution-focused individuals, driven towards customer satisfaction
• Serve as a liaison between project team and various stakeholders in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met
• Manage large, complex processes that involve multiple projects across a variety of clients

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in project driven roles within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of industry specific systems, practices and functional business operations
• Demonstrated ability in management, mentoring, budgeting and planning
• Excellent interpersonal, account management and negotiation skills
• Ability to oversee multiple projects, deadlines and commitments simultaneously
• Ability to travel up to 30%, both domestically and internationally
