The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:
- Supervise staff activities by providing direction and guidance in work assignments and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to staff and management.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve processes along with aiding in the implementation of those changes.
- Utilize A/R reports to identify accounts that are past timely payment and distribute to team members to make contact with vendors and clients to learn status of payment.
- Ensure Collections team is effectively and accurately researching overdue unpaid or underpaid account balances.
- Assist Sales with complex deals and negotiations and acts as a resource to support Sales Operations in properly and effectively writing deals.
