 The Director of Strategic Accounts, Healthcare will lead the development of client objectives of clients in the healthcare vertical.  Director focuses on leading and developing positive client relationships and overall client satisfaction. Responsible for overall project management and development of healthcare client success team members in terms of experience and industry knowledge.   The Director of Strategic Accounts will report directly to the SVP, Client Success.



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with client success, product, tech and sales teams in a cross functional role
  • Responsible for interpreting and anticipating healthcare industry trends
  • Conduct monthly status meetings and quarterly business reviews with key clients and account teams
  • Act as a true client and strategy partner to our clients always providing new ideas to grow their business. 
  • Manage the overall client relationship by setting and delivering upon client expectations
  • Lead high level client presentations and strategic discussions
  • Management of issues or areas of improvement for customers to ensure they are getting the best results from the solution
  • Oversee and work with account teams to define and develop measurement models for project success with clients
  • Effectively communicate to client strategic opportunities and the overall strategic value that SIM Partners brings to the relationship
  • Lead and manage team strengths/weaknesses, needs, and resources fostering positive interpersonal relationships along the way.
  • Management of issues or areas of improvement for customers to ensure they are getting the best results from the solution.
  • Team Lead experience with directing resources towards required performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of digital marketing, SaaS or agency experience
  • Experience in working healthcare
  • Experience managing accounts in excess of $1M
  • Rapid comprehension and retention of information
  • Experience working on clients with large enterprise digital strategy focus
  • Ability to represent and promote SIM Partners in a professional manner and demonstrate value added service to clients
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
  • Natural leadership and organizational skills
  • Presentation and public speaking experience including experience using web-based presentation solutions
  • Proficient in Excel and Google applications 
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Able to travel up to 20%
  • Authorization to work in the US
