Over the past couple of years, the buzz around our platform has been growing. On the marketing team especially, there is a sense of urgency to capitalize on that goodwill. To excel here, you’ll need to be a driven, self-motivated person who can produce great work, quickly.

This role requires an individual with a strong background in the martech space, specifically email marketing / marketing automation / CRM. You are a highly motivated individual with the ability to build meaningful relationships with high value partners. You should be comfortable with business development activity as well as account management, but there are no points for a portfolio or ineffective partnerships.
Your typical day might consist of:
  • Utilizing and leverage your existing industry relationships to create opportunities
  • Developing successful business partnerships with high value targets and manage all aspects of partner interactions
  • Promoting ActiveCampaign to potential partners and support in research, identification and segmentation of business opportunities regarding strategic partners to increase the number of potential subscribers
  • Understanding key trends in the martech landscape to support identification and segmentation of business opportunities regarding strategic partners
  • Matching business objectives of strategic partners with the services of ActiveCampaign to create new business opportunities
  • Negotiating partnerships through all phases of deal execution and activation
What we are lookin for:
  • Existing relationships in the martech space that you can draw upon
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience within the martech space, specifically drawing upon relevant experience for email marketing / marketing automation
  • Able to demonstrate partnership development skills
  • Business, marketing or other relevant academic degree
  • Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn
  • Proactive, positive and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision
  • Quick and resourceful team-player, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
