What we're looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Director of Talent to build our Talent Team. The Director of Talent works with senior leadership to manage all aspects of hiring and human resources at Procured Health -- from sourcing and interviewing candidates to performance reviews and HR policy. The ideal candidate has experience as either an HR generalist or full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities​:

  • Serve as a trusted, confidential resource on all things HR for our employees
  • Understand and translate the details of our HR offering (benefits, 401k, stock awards, etc.) to employees accurately
  • Develop and implement team policies and procedures including compensation practices, performance evaluation programs, professional growth & development plans, management training, etc.
  • Help us maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
  • Engage active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods, including employee referrals, networking, research, advanced search tools, and our existing talent partnerships
  • Design and supervise our recruiting process -- including everything from job descriptions, interview plans and reference checks to closing candidates, providing feedback and facilitating an incredible on-boarding experience

Desired qualifications​:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a solid GPA
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience or full­-cycle recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with the nuts and bolts of HR including benefits, talent management, performance management, legal compliance (EEO, unemployment, FMLA, ADA)
  • Track record of success collaborating with internal business partners to find, engage and hire exceptional talent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence: must be capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with employees and influencing, facilitating and coaching individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem­ solving skills and analytical ability; experience with process design or process improvement strongly preferred
  • A demonstrated ability to build long­term relationships with prospective candidates and employees alike
  • Impeccable follow up and a fanatical attention to detail; comfortable handling a robust pipeline of candidates and juggling multiple priorities
