Our passionate team is made up of dynamic and innovative team players who work hard and truly love what they do.  We’re looking to expand our team with candidates who are passionate about online display marketing and attending live events.  
Our Online Marketing team creatively conceives, manages, and optimizes multiple display advertising accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. There’s a ton of work to be done. Care about your work and have a stake in growing an exciting online industry leader.
 
Responsibilities:

Manage all CPM and CPC display advertising and online remarketing initiatives, including optimizations of currently existing strategies as well as sourcing new partnerships to contribute to consistent, profitable program growth

• Innovate, build, test, and report on display advertising campaigns based on constantly-changing seasonality, event schedules, special offers, and industry trends
• Identify areas of opportunity in display advertising on new platforms, coordinating all aspects of new partnerships from onboarding through reporting
• Leverage analytics data from multiple sources to gain insights, identify trends and make strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Implement A/B testing to determine strongest-preforming ad formats, copy, offers, and remarketing lists to determine strategies for future use and growth
• Conduct competitive and industry research to stay current with market trends, updates and advertising strategies
• Increase retention and loyalty amongst our current and future customers
• Customize and optimize prospective customer's journeys from their first contact with us through purchase with an eye toward driving sales and reducing time to convert

Who we are looking for:

• A Bachelors degree and 1-2 years of experience in display advertising or online marketing required
• Experience with e-commerce marketing strategies required, in the same or similar industries strongly preferred (ticketing, entertainment, sports, travel)
• Proven success creating and optimizing remarketing and display campaigns, including prior experience with the Google AdWords display platform
• Basic knowledge of technological components required for remarketing campaigns such as product feeds and site pixels
• Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills; able to maintain a detailed project-plan with a high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate and interpret program performance data
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high pressure environment; adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
• Technologically savvy, quick learner with outstanding Excel skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Expresses creative, “out-of-the-box” thinking and idea generation skills
• SiteCatalyst or other web analytics software experience a plus
• Proactive, energetic personality; strives to learn new skills and share knowledge with team
