Learning from great shareable content is social and is extremely important to us.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content using our over 1M learning videos and engaging our large and growing social audience.  The ideal candidate will create and build always: strategies and tactics to maximize reach and grow engagement.

Responsibilities:

-Produce daily content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Write and edit articles and pitch ideas for the site, blog and social channels.

- Build out editorial calendar, social strategies and tactics.  Execute against them.

- Build social campaigns and engage our community at all times.

- Partner with internal teams and external sources (brands, video creators, content partners).

- Monitor and analyze conversations across key social media channels, build and act on best practices to delight our audience.

- Partner with internal teams to be a loud voice of our community to help improve the product.

- Develop social campaigns, promotions, and content strategies that are integrated with the Curiosity product roadmap. Work with content team to execute on the editorial calendar.

- Get social media trends and their impact on the business and brand plans.

- Establish a strategy for driving innovation and adoption on emerging social platforms.

- Measure results and deliver ongoing analysis against key performance indicators for social media.

- Capture learnings, curate best practices and engage the rest of the team to educate product development.

Required Experience:

- Passion for learning, content creation, and social media.

- Relevant interactive, advertising, public relations, or marketing agencies and/or experience managing social channels for a brand preferably in the consumer internet space.

- Have example campaigns/content/creative projects to share.

- Know the tools of the trade.

- Excellent copywriting skills.

- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.

- Active personal social profiles.

- Solid grasp of SEO/SEM/online media, analytics, web technology, mobile campaigns, community and the concepts of creative and brand strategy.

- Solid grasp of social media metrics, analytics, and benchmarks including tracking and understanding attribution from social media.
