The Email Campaign Specialist is in charge of developing and deploying email campaigns for multiple business units. The Campaign Specialist must be proficient in CRM and email campaign programs. Candidates should be familiar with email execution, email performance metrics and project management fundamentals. The Email Campaign Specialist must also be able to multi-task and work collaboratively with marketing, merchandising, product development and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of email campaigns
  • Manage step-by-step process of email campaigns including but not limited to coordination with design and editorial, defining template structure with merchandising, structuring A/B tests, setting up campaign and delivery, and reporting on results
  • Identify optimization opportunities of email components
  • Develop deep understanding of campaign performance by running reports to track trends in email engagement metrics and financial performance
  • Work closely with merchandising team on calendar planning, project prioritization and performance tracking
  • Serve as backup to all email marketing execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of email marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of email best practices and experience designing and executing A/B/n tests
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently derive insights from data
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
