Email Marketing Manager

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute email marketing and marketing automation programs designed to nurture prospects and drive consumer and merchant engagement of the Belly platform
  • Continually optimize our email marketing efforts: conduct A/B and multivariate testing of creative (email format, copy, images, offers, landing pages) to drive conversion events
  • Own all email metrics: deliverability, open create, click thru rate and manage the overall health of prospect and customer database, including IP reputation and spam-complaint rates
  • Write creative briefs and work side-by-side with the creative team to bring email marketing campaigns to life
  • Be the company's expert on email marketing: stay abreast of best practices
  • Identify and mitigate any risks with our email marketing efforts.
  • Manage the relationship with our email serviced provider
  • Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance

Experience and Skills:

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of email marketing experience
  • Prior success with lead nurturing programs, triggered emails, and marketing automation efforts that have demonstrably improved conversion and engagement
  • Analytical background: ability to design statistically significant tests, make data-driven decisions, define and create reports to track campaign effectiveness
  • Experience with Pardot, SilverPop, Marketo or other marketing automation platform
  • Outstanding communications and presentation skills
