SMS Assist is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team!

When most people think of HR, they think traditional, stuffy, boring. We are anything but that. We need an HR Employee Relations Manager who thinks outside of the box as well.

As an HR Employee Relations Manager, you will specialize in supporting our people. In the HR Employee Relations Manager role, you will collaborate with each business unit proactively to ensure employee success and will implement performance plans when needed. As an HR Employee Relations Manager, you will listen to employees as issues arise and work with them to find a resolution. You will complete stay interviews to keep a pulse on our talent at all times. Additionally, as an HR Employee Relations Manager, you should already be familiar with the laws and regulations that employers and employees should follow. With that knowledge, you will assist in creating, implementing and executing our workplace policy.

Our HR team functions well together and we help each other out with various events and projects. Don’t be surprised if your 11:00 AM meeting is a brainstorm for how we can better attract talent, the next hour you are working on building a new promotion procedure and you end your day on a recap meeting with one of our business units. Every day at SMS Assist is different and the HR Employee Relations Manager role is no exception.
