The primary responsibility of the End User Computing Analyst is to support the End User Computing device infrastructure through excellent management of ITs desktop management systems, imaging processes, anti-virus and endpoint security systems.  Provides “Tier 2” hardware and software support for users of Paylocity’s desktop, laptop and tablet computing platforms and provides direct phone support for callers to the service desk.  Demonstrates and applies superior knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS configuration, Microsoft Office Suite functionality, and desktop, laptop and tablet hardware.

End User Computing Analyst consistently demonstrates support of the Paylocity statement of Vision, Mission and Core Values by striving for excellence contributing to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of Paylocity.

End User Computing Analyst demonstrates Paylocity Core Attributes: Communication, Accountability, Flexibility/Adaptability, Judgement/Problem Solving, Customer Service, and Paylocity Values where fulfilling job duties.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provides second tier end-user support via telephone in ACD service desk environment.
  • Provides in-person support to end users and individual departments as directed by the End User Computing Manager.
  • Provides primary desktop and IT support for Paylocity’s Executive team.
  • Provides primary support of videoconferences and multi-media events as required.
  • Provides primary support to end users that utilize Microsoft’s CRM toolset.
  • Provides Apple hardware and MAC OSX support
  • Maintains asset management using internal and external software and processes. 
  • Participates in backup recovery for files and databases as needed.
  • Documents all user interactions per established procedures in Service Desk Sharepoint Wiki sites.  Manages and documents resolutions assigned to Service Desk work queue to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Participates in ININ VOIP administration and setup.
  • Documents system changes using ITIL best practices.

Business Skills Desired

  • At least 2 years of corporate support experience in an enterprise environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to communicate highly technical functions to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work with senior level management
