Shiftgig is actively seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to help support our incredible 
 
growth. The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for the retention and growth 
 
of large enterprise clients. This is a high profile role in a dynamic startup environment. 
 
The ideal candidate will have sales and/or account management experience within 
 
the staffing industry, be a strategic thinker and be able to thrive in a fluid environment. 
 
Candidates with account management experience in related b2b environments will also 
 
be considered.

connect with each other and businesses to access informative content as well as full-
time, part-time and temp jobs. With over a million registered members and 20,000 
 
businesses, Shiftgig has become the largest online destination for the restaurant, 
 
nightlife, hotel and retail industries. We are in a great River North location. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Enterprise client acquisition, development, and retention.
 
• Ensure successful service delivery through operational execution, constant 
 
communication and client advocacy. 
 
• Effectively set, manage, and measure client expectations
 
• Develop relationships at multiple levels within our client’s organization as well as 
 
internal delivery/fulfillment and recruiting teams.
 
• Identify and develop additional strategic opportunities within their client base. 
 
• Leverage client relationships for strategic referrals
 
• Develop client-specific SOP’s to facilitate client satisfaction and growth.
 
Experience
 
• Minimum of 3 years of account management, sales or recruiting experience in staffing 
 
and/or an outsourced provider of recruiting services. 
 
• Demonstrating track record of identifying, prospecting, closing, and developing 
 
strategic clients.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic company culture and industry
 
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
 
• Opportunistic, innovative and creative – entrepreneurial mindset with can-do mentality
 
• Focused with keen ability and drive to execute in a fast-paced, ever changing
