Yesterday’s warehouse of files now fits inside one Gartner Content Services SaaS tool called WorkLight. WorkLight is a first entrant in the digital labor workforce automation space. RhinoDox has entered a new and emerging market defined as digital labor/workforce automation.
WorkLight is built on what we call a “modern technology framework” that uses new technology tools like semantics enrichment and graph databases to innovatively solve traditionally hard problems in Financial Services, Insurance and Professional Service firms. Key problems our customers look to WorkLight to solve are employee productivity, data integration, access, governance, search and workflow. While the old information management ways have been replaced with the WorkLight cloud solution, RhinoDox helps growing businesses manage billions of pieces of critical information every day.
We’re expanding our Business Development Team and seeking to add an Enterprise Business Development Executive to our Company. The first WorkLight customers are acquired, using/succeeding with WorkLight-great use cases are in place to reference. The Enterprise Business Development Executive (EBD) reports to the RhinoDox President and COO. The EBD is tasked with leading RhinoDox to the next level of customer and business growth.

You have successfully developed customer relationships and acquired new customers for an emerging SaaS or professional services company. Currently you are owning/building a $5M+ business pipeline and are closing 50% or greater of the proposals you issue. Customers seek you out for insight on how to approach business issues and return to you time and time again for next steps ideas. You are effective working collaboratively with customer success/sales engineering, providing the customer knowledge to enhance their ability to develop new engagement SOW’s, solving major business issues for customers. Your supervisors and co-worker team members value your professionalism, skills, capabilities and effectiveness in creating value internally and for external customers. Value creation for customers is your mantra and a primary point of difference for you vs. other business development professionals. You are resourceful and realize that an emerging company may not have all the tools a more developed company has-this is part of the challenge you seek to demonstrate what you can do as a primary contributor to the growth of an emerging new company. You understand and exemplify in your activities the relationship of activity level, effective follow-up and persistence to generating successful new customer acquisition results.
Expected Contributions:
Initiate, build a $5M+ WorkLight new customer opportunity pipeline in your first 8 months
Successfully convert 50%+ of pipeline opportunities to WorkLight revenue on an ongoing basis
Lead RhinoDox external business development efforts towards our 100 WorkLight customer goal
Create new value for RhinoDox effectively collaborating with Customer Success in the development and conversion of new business opportunities
Leverage our marketing lead gen efforts to create new opportunities for WorkLight
Demonstrate resourcefulness in use of company resources to deliver the business outcomes established defining RhinoDox marketplace success

Qualifications:
7+ years of sales in the SaaS/consulting/professional services space
Demonstrated success of prospecting and closing sizable deals (i.e., $150K+)
Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Strong teamwork skills
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, obtain results, and finesse the sale
Certifications and advanced credentials are valued
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
