Enterprise Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategy of Envoy’s largest opportunity segment by exercising strategic vision and highly consultative sales skills to drive team revenue
- Motivate and grow a team of sales execs with your amazing personality, impeccable coaching, strong experience, and unmatched training skills
- Hold employees accountable to meeting established sales KPIs
- Forecast and pipeline management
- Identify and grow relationships with top prospects and top partner associations in core local markets
- Work cross-functionally with other teams and managers to ensure the highest level of customer service
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years or experience managing and training B2B consultative sales professionals
- Documented success selling/managing large, Enterprise deals
- Superior planning abilities to forecast pipeline and future prospecting needs
- Experience selling a professional service is ideal; experience selling to HR professionals a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Maintain a targeted understanding of multiple marketing and sales techniques including, but not limited to, telephonic and in-person meetings and demos
