Performs administrative support for the CEO. Responsibilities go above and beyond managing calendar and screening calls. We expect this individual to help manage Andrew’s email correspondence and help maintain a general to do list.

Responsibilities

Becomes the air traffic controller on Andrew’s life
Andrew’s Calendar is dynamic and requires constant attention. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing requests for Andrew’s time and prioritizing what’s important. Andrew wants to do a lot of things - you’ll be the voice of reason and responsible for pushing back to make sure he has time to think in between all his meetings and activities.

You know exactly what to do with Andrew’s emails.
Andrew gets hundreds of emails a day and needs help staying on top of them. You should read all of Andrew’s emails in real-time and prioritize them: what needs to be addressed right now? Respond directly if it involves scheduling. Draft a response for Andrew to respond if it doesn’t.

Andrew is ready for all his meetings because of your preparation.
When Andrew has a client call, reach out to the account manager to get the latest on the account. Keep track of follow-ups from past meetings. Know what he needs before he asks.

You direct the flow of incoming information.
Receive, screen and rote all calls, mail, and other correspondence to Andrew or other appropriate individual in the business. Proactively handle questions and information requests.

You help us run the business.
We have an operational calendar that helps us track what to do, when. You will be critical to managing it. Help us document processes and manage to them.

You help Andrew manage all his relationships.
Make sure his contact list is up to date. Make sure we stay on top of follow-ups to clients.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

10 years’ experience supporting Sr. Level executives in a technology environment.

In addition to the above responsibilities of the role, the individual should have the following qualities:
• Confidentiality. You will be privy to everything that is going on at kCura. You must maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Relationship builder. You represent Andrew in every action you take and should be conscious of that as you build relationships throughout the organization. 
• Positivity. You should be an endless source of positive energy.
• Detail oriented. You should be detail oriented in everything you do, including written communication.
• Long-term role. You are interested in building a working relationship that can work for many years.
• Willing to push back. You will get lots of requests for my time/attention and you should the ability to politely push back. You also should be willing to push back to me.
• Change & Ambiguity. Candidate should be comfortable working in an environment of constant change and should also be able to work confidently with a certain level of ambiguity. About Us
