The Field Recruiter is a vital role to the success of our daily operation - they work closely with the Operations and HR team to create a best in class hiring and onboarding process. The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and ultimately hiring top talent in the Chicago, Milwaukee, and Dallas area. The role is based in Chicago.

• You have strong analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are organized and detail oriented
• You have an entrepreneurial ambition! You want to get the job done and are down to get creative!
• You’re able to run your own show, you take ownership of your role, and the team you build
• You have a motivating quality and feel rewarded when others around you do well
• You are highly communicative and love problem solving – you hate it when people cut corners or leave you out of the loop
• You’ve got 1 - 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recruit, phone screen, evaluate, and hire skilled candidates for our Field positions
• Set up in-person interviews for hiring managers and hiring teams
• Facilitate the entire hiring process from initial outreach to offer
• Manage an efficient Applicant Tracking System process
• Manage a pipeline of candidates through candidate and employee referrals
• Work with Operations Managers and Director of HR to create a meaningful on-boarding process
