Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you will be responsible for providing home office support for all of our sales reps that are distributed across the country.

What you will do:

  • Build relationships with all of our Territory Managers and General Managers through 1:1 interactions with them and being a sounding board for their ideas.

  • Serve as a liaison between the outside sales organization because you are their primary point of contact at Belly HQ.

  • Review all incoming sales contracts to ensure that they are valid and ready to be passed to operations/finance.

  • Provide assistance for complex, large, and special circumstance deals that require special attention/approval.

  • Under the direction of the SVP of Sales you will create and manage Sales Incentive Plans/Spiffs.

  • Analyze sales needs and identify additional opportunities to implement best practices and drive sales growth.

  • Coordinate all travel for our Sales GM’s and new hires.

  • Review and process valued referrals from existing Belly merchants and distribute to the the appropriate sales reps.

  • Partner effectively with all departments including Merchant Success, HR, Operations & Finance to effectively communicate the needs of our sales team.

  • Prepare weekly reports of actual sales #’s vs. goal

  • Ensure proper documentation of data submitted by the sales team in Salesforce

  • Schedule, take minutes and facilitate weekly Sales Management and COO direct report meetings

  • Work with sales management to better transition accounts to the account management team, identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Experience and Skills:

What you need:

  • 3-5 years experience in sales

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
