Requirements:

Experience with reviewing and analyzing financial statements 
Assist with Month-End Close
Variance and Trend Analysis
Excellent Communication Skills
Detail Oriented
3-5 years of experience
Above average Excel skills
Mortgage Company experience a plus but not required
Accounting or Finance Degree Required (CPA a plus)

Responsibilities:

Review and Analyze all Divisional and Branch/Location Revenue and Expenses for accuracy and trends.

Prepare and distribute monthly P&L’s to Sales and Executive Management.

Communicate results with management, including researching and answering questions.
