Our ability to be successful starts with our people. We are looking for someone who will lead our financial analysis efforts and assist our current in house accounting, initially on a part time basis. The ideal candidate has financial analysis & planning experience, strong accounting knowledge, and is looking for a 1 year contract-to-hire position to commit up to 24 hours to a week initially, potential for full time schedule after a year of employment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the budget process and build or maintain budget files
- Create financial forecasts and monthly cash forecasts
- Maintain the five-year financial model
- Report actual comparisons to budget and forecast
- Support financial accounting activities
- Initiate and support automation and efficiency initiatives
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You are able to work up to 24 hours a week, 2-3 days total onsite, at our office
- You have experience creating, maintaining and reporting against budgets and forecasts in an operational setting
- You are a CPA, MBA, have an accounting degree, or can demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reporting and the general ledger.
- You are highly proficient in Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- You have prior experience pulling information from accounting systems. Specific experience with Intacct accounting systems is a plus.
- As a member of a small team in a small organization, you are willing to jump in and help out with functional area initiatives that do not directly align with your role responsibilities.
